Enrollment Process for 2017-18 School Year
To be accepted for enrollment for the 2017-18 school year, a family member must first attend an Open House at a TSS location (returning TSS families are not required to do so). To attend an Open House, please RSVP in advance.

Step 2: Apply Online
New and returning Turning Sun families can apply online anytime for the 2017-18 school year. Since Turning Sun expects enrollment at both campuses to be completely full again for the 2017-18, attending an Open House is not required to apply, but is required before a child can enroll. All online applicants for 2017-18 will be charged a $25 non-refundable application fee upon submitting their online application.
Step 3: Enrollment Status Notification
Families will be notified by email by March 1, 2017 (or within 5 business days when applying after Mar 1) whether their enrollment can be officially confirmed. Once confirmed, a $100 non-refundable enrollment fee will be processed for each student.
Turning Sun expects both campuses to be full again this year. Due to limited space available, families who cannot be confirmed by March 1, 2017 will be notified by email and can request to be be placed indefinitely on Turning Sun’s “waitlist” for one or both TSS campuses. When and if a space becomes available, waitlisted families will be contacted promptly. Families who are already on the waitlist for 2016-17 must still apply online for 2017-18 before February 1.

All families enrolled for 2017-18 are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s tuition by May 1, 2017. Each family’s deposit will be applied to their final tuition payment for May 2018. Subsequent monthly tuition is processed just before the 1st of each each month of the school year starting August 2017. Deductions are not made for holidays or absences.
To help cover the cost of materials, a supply fee is collected at the beginning of each semester (Aug and Jan). This semi-annual fee is $95 for students who attend 5 days, $75 for 3 days, and $65 for 2 days. Each full day student also pays a $20 sheet fee collected once a year just prior to Aug 1.
Turning Sun automatically applies a 10% sibling discount to monthly tuition for a 2nd or 3rd child enrolled by the same family.
