We started our CSA with Truly Living Well last week, and we love it! Tenisio brought beautiful mustard greens and collards, beets, three different types of radishes, garlic and onions, and arugula with their flowers still attached the first week. The children worked to separate and count the vegetables with Tenisio. Our second batch included purple kale, kohlbari, fat baby carrots, radishes, and onions. I am so happy with all the local and organic greens. The excitement lies around guessing what is coming in and cooking my goodies in new ways. Yum!
