Making friends

Turning Sun School hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:50am-1pm.  The normal school day is from 8:50-Noon.  Picnic pals is from 12-1pm.

Turning Sun School is a non-religious school.  We strive to affirm and celebrate each child and family in a myriad of ways.  We welcome and support families from various religious and non-religious traditions alike.

The children, families and teachers work on year long projects together.  In addition to the projects, children enjoy calendar celebrations, yoga and music.  A major part of any preschool experience is learning to work together and understand differences and work through them in a positive, peaceful way.  Turning Sun teachers coach children through conflict and support children in positive ways.
