Enrollment Process
Step 1: Sign Up to Attend an Open House, and next a Campus Tour
To be accepted for enrollment, a family member must first attend a virtual Open House presentation (returning TSS families are not required to do so). Email us at [email protected] to be invited to our live presentations which are typically hosted Wednesdays at 12. If you are unable to attend our live virtual presentations, email us to receive a link to our Open House recording which covers the same information but does not have a Q&A session. After that, your local TSS campus will contact you to schedule an in-person campus tour. These two events will answer most of your questions about our wonderful TSS community.
Step 2: Apply Online
Families can apply online any time before, or after, attending a virtual Open House and/or campus tour. Families wishing to attend the 2025-26 school year should apply immediately. Families seeking to attend the 2026-27 school year are encouraged to apply online by February 1, 2026 to receive full consideration. Visit the campus page of your nearest Turning Sun (see links on this page below) to see school year dates, options, tuition rates, and apply online. Enrollment at TSS is possible anytime an opening exists, however TSS campuses are typically full. Families are encouraged to apply early to be added to waitlists. If you are interested in more than 1 of our 4 locations, you must apply online to each TSS campuses that you wish to receive an official determination whether your child can be enrolled or placed on the waitlist for that specific campus. Each online application to a TSS campus will be charged a one-time $50 non-refundable fee per child. If you are unsure whether to apply, email your questions to [email protected]
Step 3: Enrollment Status Notification
Confirmed Enrollment
Families applying to attend the 2025-26 school year will receive an email response within 5 business days. Families applying to attend the 2026-27 school year will be notified by March 1, 2026, or 5 business days, whichever is later. Once enrollment is confirmed, an annual $200 non-refundable enrollment fee will be processed for each student within one week.
Waitlisted Students
Due to limited space available, families who cannot be confirmed will be notified by email and can request to be placed indefinitely on Turning Sun’s “waitlist” for each campus for which they applied. When and if a space becomes available, waitlisted families will be contacted promptly. Families who are already on the waitlist for the 2025-26 school year must either apply again online or email us that they wish to remain on the waitlist for the 2026-27 school year.

Enrollment Deposits
Once notified of their acceptance, all families enrolled are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s tuition. If a TSS family chooses not to return after the last month of the school year, their deposit will be applied to their final tuition payment provided that they have notified their TSS campus in writing by February 1. Deposits cannot be applied to any other month but the final month of a school year. Subsequent monthly tuition is processed on the 1st of each month that your child attends TSS. Deductions are not made for holidays or absences.

Sibling Discounts
Turning Sun automatically applies a 10% sibling discount to monthly tuition for a 2nd or 3rd child enrolled by the same family (applied to child with lowest tuition rate).
